Ayesha Harris can be seen in the upcoming Amazon Prime miniseries "Daisy Jones and the Six," opposite Riley Keough, Sam Claflin, and Suki Waterhouse. Adapted from Taylor Jenkins Reid's wildly popular historical fiction novel of the same name, the series follows the rise and fall of a fictional LA rock band in the 1970s - in the guise of Fleetwood Mac - while exploring the reason behind their split at the height of their success. Harris shines as Bernie, the love interest of Simone Jackson (Nabiyah Be). "Daisy Jones and the Six" will premiere on March 3, 2023. Next, Harris will star in the Netflix drama series "Glamorous," alongside Kim Cattrall. "Glamorous" tells the story of Marco Mejia (Miss Benny), a gender-nonconforming queer young man whose life seems to be stuck in place until he lands a job working for legendary makeup mogul Madolyn Addison. Harris is a standout as Britt, a graphic designer who finds her long-time crush on a colleague requited when they match by surprise, sparking a relationship that gets serious in more ways than one. "Glamorous" is set to debut in 2023. Harris made her feature film debut in "Tell It Like a Woman" (Samuel Goldwyn Films, 2022) which was comprised of seven segments, each helmed by a female director from different parts of the world. Harris starred opposite Academy Award winner Jennifer Hudson in her storyline and was directed by Taraji P. Henson.
